Carla Rivera-Cruz is a passionate advocate for educational equity for all children and has a decade of experience in education. She has served as an instructional coach and provider of professional development for hundreds of teachers and school leaders across the country to help them expand their impact in the K-12 educational setting. She finds joy in identifying the goals and passions of educators in order to provide them with the guidance, coaching, and opportunities they need to make a lasting, positive impact for students. She has experience as a substitute teacher, full-time classroom teacher, instructional coach, trainer, career coach, charter school governing board member, and campaign manager for a local school board race. Carla holds a Master of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.
