Kristin Ziemke is a nationally recognized expert in technology integration and in particular has garnered acclaim for her work with early childhood classrooms.  As an elementary educator in Chicago and as an international consultant, Kristin engages students in authentic learning experiences where reading, thinking, collaboration and inquiry are at the heart of the curriculum. Co-author of Amplify: Digital Teaching and Learning in the K-5 Classroom (with Katie Muhtaris) and Connecting Comprehension and Technology (with Stephanie Harvey, Anne Goudvis and Katie Muhtaris), Kristin pairs best practice instruction with digital tools to transform learning in the classroom and beyond.

[su_row]Kirk Ziemke teaches physical education at Glenbrook North High School in Northbrook, Illinois. He is the creator of the CARE Curriculum which promotes mental health, social-emotional learning and cognitive readiness alongside principles of fitness. Pulling from his background in kinesiology (Michigan State), education (Concordia University) and psychology (The Chicago School), Kirk developed a program that guides adolescents to manage stress and anxiety through self-compassion and mindfulness. He is also the head coach of boys swimming and diving at Glenbrook North and was named Sectional Coach of the Year the past three years.
