Dana Murphy is an Instructional Coach in Woodridge School District 68, located in the suburbs of Chicago.  She is co-author of Two Writing Teachers blog and a contributing author to Choice Literacy.  Dana holds both a B.A. in Elementary Education and a M.A. in Educational Administration from Governors State University in Illinois.  She is a writer at heart and is currently working on her first manuscript.  Dana resides in Illinois with her husband and two daughters.

Deb Frazier is a first-grade classroom teacher.  She strives to help students understand the varying perspectives of others, to be accepting, and to learn about the person behind the one they see.  Deb and her students find digital tools have become their hands into the world.  Deb is a Co-author on Two Writing Teachers and she.blogs at Primary Perspective.

Beth Moore has been a classroom teacher, a literacy coach, an instructor at Columbia University, and has over a decade of experience as staff developer at the Teachers College Reading and Writing Project (TCRWP). Beth is a coauthor of literacy curriculum that has been adopted by many schools across the US, and internationally: Units of Study for Teaching Reading and Units of Study for Opinion, Information and Narrative Writing (Calkins, et. al, 2013, 2015, Heinemann).
